The virtual hub is for children grades K-6, enrolled in virtual learning. This will be for adult supervision only, during the hours of 7am- 6pm Monday- Friday.
The cost for the virtual hub is $200 per week (an invoice will be emailed on Wednesdays, and payment is due by Friday) and a NON-refundable $200 is required to save your child's spot. This deposit will be applied to the first week you child attends. If for any reason you decide to not have your child attend, your deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
The Virtual Hub is scheduled to start on Monday, August 24, 2020, but may change according to the Alachua County School District. Your child must be enrolled in one of the district's digital options in order to attend the Virtua Hub.
HOW TO REGISTER:
1. Click on the virtual hub (to have the deposit amount added to your check out). Pick the weeks you wish for your child to attend the virtual hub. If you have more than one child, please adjust the quantity when registering.
2. Please list your child's full name, date of birth, age and grade in the personalization section.
3. Proceed to checkout.
**There will be emergency forms pre-filled that will need to be signed every Monday at drop off.**
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.
